Confessions of a coffee drinker

I am a coffee addict. And as any addict I enjoy caffeine and suffer the consequences. Here are some observations under the influence. But please remember that unfiltered coffee increases blood Cholesterol. Therefore, it is my advice to consume coffee that is dripped through a paper filter to hold all the oils back. Don't take my word for it... just google it. Enjoy coffee responsibly... it is addictive.

Who am I?

Coffee Drinker
I am a coffee drinker. I have been one for year now and like any good smoker I was never strong enough or introspective enough to admit that I am an addict. However, once I owned up to the affliction I have been able to cut down drastically. I have not quit. I see no reason to but I am in control of the caffeine. I have learn't that if you realize the problem correctly you can easily control it. Now you are going to tell me that is obvious! That is the other learning. It is not.
